My Writing Journey I’ve been a writer my whole life—though I didn’t always realize it. As a young girl, I wrote my very first book, but with all the moving and transitions my family went through, that early story was lost somewhere along the way. Still, the writing never really stopped. I filled journals with thoughts, heartaches, and everyday moments—never knowing those pages were laying the foundation for something bigger. Over the years, writing became my quiet companion. A place to process, reflect, and breathe. And now? It’s become my purpose. I write contemporary fiction for women navigating their own turning points—whether they’re starting over, learning to love themselves again, or finding peace after chaos. My stories are about transformation, healing, and the messy, beautiful work of becoming who you were always meant to be. The Untethered series was born from this exact space. These novels follow women who feel deeply, who’ve been through the fire, and who rise not because life is easy—but because they choose themselves.
